Tiles and sanitary ware are heavy and easy to chip or crack. A small amount of damage can ruin a whole box, so careful packing, loading and handling make a big difference.

Goods

• Ceramic, porcelain and marble tiles
• Washbasins, toilets and bathtubs
• Taps, mixers and bathroom fittings
• Kitchen sinks and related items

Protecting Fragile Cargo

• Stand tiles on edge or stack them within the pallet limits, with protective corners
• Wrap sanitary ware individually and fill empty space inside
• Load heavy pallets low and keep fragile items on top
• Label cartons to show fragile contents
